Fulfilled Tracking “Confirmed” – Your package is heading to the shipping company. Fulfilled Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way!
The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. It is important to notice that the days are counted as business days and we are only able to honor the estimated delivery that we have available, not being possible to update for a faster one.
If your order is delayed and the tracking has no updates, there’s a chance your package was lost by the carrier. In this case, you can contact our CS team to find the best solution.
It is possible to edit the address in the order, the new address needs to be for the same country. You can also request to edit the size, depending on the availability and remove items from the order. For that, you can contact our CS team during our business hours. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make the changes, but we’ll do our best to help! It is important to remember that if the order is already fulfilled, it is not possible to update it.
