Special Sale Notes to Self

 

  • Please consider the following notes during the period of special sales such as sale on sale 
  • Extended Lead Time: during the special promo period, orders may take a longer period to process, but don´t worry, we’re working to deliver your order as soon as possible.
  • Price adjustments won't be available for previous purchases.
  • Please notice that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item
  • Due to the high volume of contacts, we highly recommend that you make contact by e-mail or chat since through those channels we can better assist you with an update and action if needed. Remember to inform your order number. We’re here to help you from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST.
  • All styles are subject to stock availability and coupons are noncumulative
  • Extra discounts on sale valid only for a limited time
What's your return policy?
  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange;
  • Exchanges are available for different sizes and styles;
  • All sale items marked as   final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.   They are marked and are the ones with 60% off or more.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer;
  • Mailed returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • Price matches can only be honored within 7 days of purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

  • In order to make your return easier, please pay attention to the step-by-step instructions on the website and make sure to mark only the items you're going to send back to our Warehouse.
Return and Exchange

Our return policy states that you can return your purchase within 30 days starting from the day you placed your order. All items tagged as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are available for different sizes and styles. Please use the shipping label provided through our portal to ship the item back to us.

If you need to return an order in which the purchase qualified for a free gift, the gift must be returned with the rest of your order if you no longer qualify for the offer. If the gift is not returned, we serve the right to charge you the full price of the item in the payment method the original purchase was made with.

Can I get a price adjustment?

Why not? Price adjustments can be honored within 7 days of purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Also, please make sure that your items were purchased on FARM Rio's website.

Do you have a size chart?

There's a Size and Fit chart in inches for every piece available on our website, but we're already working on ways to improve them. Sometimes you need to double the values of the chart since they refer to the flat product. If the item doesn't fit you, don't worry! We'll be happy to help you. Ok?

When will my order be processed?

Our orders normally take 1-3 business days to get ready specially for you at our Warehouse.

How long will my order take to dispatch?

We estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days from the shipping date.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we can definitely help you with that, but only if your order has not been shipped. If you have an order cancellation request, please reach out to our CS team at least 2 hours after the purchase and they'll be more than happy to help you. Please remember that our Warehouse is always trying to make your package arrive as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation.

 

If the cancellation is not possible, please, don't worry! Once you receive your package, please make a free return.

Can I exchange my order now?

We also have an option to exchange the items which can be very easy! Please access our Return page to begin the exchange process.

You will receive your order within 1-8 business days from the shipping date. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays, and we also don't offer a Saturday delivery option. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Some orders may be subject to signature requirement upon delivery due to order value.
  • UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.
  • Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

*Taxes will be added when laws apply.

How to take care of your garments.

Our pieces are made with love and are very delicate. In order to make them last as long as possible, we suggest you follow the instructions presented on the care label of each piece.

 

1. Washing Process

The tub symbolizes the domestic washing treatment by manual or mechanical process. It is used to transmit information regarding the maximum temperature for washing and other cleaning processes.

2. Bleaching Process

The triangle symbolizes the bleaching process.

3. Drying Process

The circle with the square represents the drying drum which is used after the washing. The maximum temperature is indicated by one or two dots inside the symbol.

4. Natural Drying Process

The symbols above mean natural drying. The square with three vertical lines inside represents drip, where the textile is hung wet and may or may not be straightened after the water excess.

5. Ironing Process

The iron symbol represents the domestic ironing and ironing pressing process, with or without steam. The maximum temperature is indicated by one, two, or three dots inside the symbol.

6. Professional Cleaning Process (Dry or Humid)

The circle symbolizes the dry cleaning and wet cleaning processes for textiles (excluding genuine leather and fur) made by professionals. the wet cleaning symbol is optional.

What is your return window?

All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns received postmarked after 30 days from the delivery date will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Do you restock?

Sometimes we get some returns from other customers, so we always suggest you to keep an eye out on our website! You can also click on Notify Me When Available if the product is still available on different sizes.

When will I receive my refund?

Return processing might take up to 7 business days upon delivery at Warehouse. Once we process your return, please allow 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when we've processed your refund, so you know it's on the way. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.

What are final sale items?

We only do not accept return of final sale items. They are marked and are the ones with 60% off or more. The final sale items are always marked.

What about plus sizes?

In respect to transparency, FARM Rio does recognize that we need to better understand the U.S. plus size apparel market. In Brazil, we chose to be democratic regardless of sizing and this is an idea that we like very much. Creating democratic collections where women are invited to discover and build relationships with clothes - navigating thru styles rather than sizes. We know how important it is to find an item that fits you perfectly. We will keep working on it to bring you great news sooner than later.
